Not worth it!!!

Totally wasted my money!!

Awesome app

Super easy to use, it replaced 3 apps on my phone.

This application was good in theory but poor in actual design. There are not enough exercises in the library, not enough options to Create WODs around my leg injury which is why I got it. I want my money back.

Worth the $3!!

Cool way to customize your Crossfit workouts. Emphasize what you want, downplay the areas you hate. Good deal.

Paid $2.99 for it to tell me that not enough exercises are selected to program a WOD. I have a hurt wrist so I cannot do everything. After it told me that, I went back an selected more things and it still tells me the same thing! Waste of money!!!

Very intuitive, not boring at all!

My workout was starting to feel into a boring routine, and I was losing my motivation. I would exercise but not keep track of anything. Now I can keep track and see graph results and time spent. This app became my fitness companion. It has tons of workouts and gives me a diferent workout everyday. Bye bye boring! High intensity trainning, adjustable, simple and creative. This app became my top pick because I can take with me to the gym in my iphone and it has all I need. The whole app is very intuitive.

The perfect application to keep track of my workout. A journal and timer in one. This app is great for creating a custom workout. Crossfit is the answer and this is the companion.

Great app

I love this app. Right now Im not attending a box so I tailor the WOD to the equipment I have. I wish the timers would have sound so I dont have to stare at my phone.

Perfect workout buddy

Awesome app. Its a great way for me to keep track of my workouts, as well as create new ones. I love the option to watch videos, especially when Im trying something new and want to be sure Im using correct form. I feel like I have a personal trainer in my pocket. Ive been really happy with it.

This app keeps track of all the info I need for my Crossfit training. The custom workout calendar is very easy to use. Highly recommended!

Very innovative product

I meet the owner/designer at the gym and he showed me his program. It is really helpful in "keeping me honest" and doing the workouts I should be doing, not just the ones I want to do. This is a soldier founded and owned company!

Not too bad, but...

Not too bad, but it could use a couple of additions to the journal. The first one I would add would be a way to build your own WOD. The current journal option only gives you the option of naming and then selecting one option of either time, weight, or rounds. If there was a way to combine all three and list what movements were begin done, that would be great. The second addition I would make to the journal would be the ability to select from named WODs. A really great app for generating workouts based off of available equipment. An awesome feature. For that reason alone it is worth the $3. I will definitely use this app for days that I dont feel like doing my own programming.

This is huge for when I train on my own; it builds the workouts quickly and they are for my needs as an athlete.

Just What I Was Looking For

I really didnt need an app that is huge and a waste of time, this app is great. It has the timer that I need and it is super easy to keep a log of everything. It does its job and works great for what I need it for.

Not everybody has the time or the resources to train at a BOX, this allows me to get good programming and conditioning at the gyms I have available to me.

Awesome, not everyone is trying to be a Games Competitor, and some of us have very specific areas that we need to work on. With this I know my weakness will be a large part of my programming.

Unbelievable App! I just wish you would program strength cycles into your algorithm programming. Then this would go from 5 starts to 10!!!
