Not too bad, but...
Not too bad, but it could use a couple of additions to the journal. The first one I would add would be a way to build your own WOD. The current journal option only gives you the option of naming and then selecting one option of either time, weight, or rounds. If there was a way to combine all three and list what movements were begin done, that would be great. The second addition I would make to the journal would be the ability to select from named WODs.
A really great app for generating workouts based off of available equipment. An awesome feature. For that reason alone it is worth the $3. I will definitely use this app for days that I dont feel like doing my own programming.
