WOD Programmer was designed by a Former Division One Decathlete, Army Sapper/Paratrooper, fitness writer, CrossFit Athlete, and former lead trainer a deployed Military CrossFit Affiliate to create custom workouts for athletes everywhere so they can progress more rapidly.

WOD Programmer has every timer a fitness athlete could need, from EMOTM, AMRAP, Tabata, for Time, and now an interval timer where the athlete can set rounds, the amount of work time, and the amount of rest time.

*IMPORTANT* Athletes can also see video examples of all the exercises, ensuring that even beginner athletes know the standards for each movement and how to perform them correctly. So if you are a new Crossfitter or a serious fitness athlete, then this is the perfect app for you.

With WOD Programmer the athlete enters the length of their training cycle, equipment they have available, days they want to train on, exercise and scheme priorities, and duration of workouts and all of that information is built into a custom workout calendar. Super easy to use, it replaced 3 apps on my phone.

This application was good in theory but poor in actual design. There are not enough exercises in the library, not enough options to Create WODs around my leg injury which is why I got it. I want my money back.
Worth the $3!!
Cool way to customize your Crossfit workouts. Emphasize what you want, downplay the areas you hate. Good deal.

Paid $2.99 for it to tell me that not enough exercises are selected to program a WOD. I have a hurt wrist so I cannot do everything. After it told me that, I went back an selected more things and it still tells me the same thing! Waste of money!!!
